As the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) and Quarterly Return Monthly Payment (QRMP) Scheme offers the facility to the registered person who is expected to furnish forms GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B and has a turnover of up to 5 crores for the quarterly filing of returns with the monthly tax payment via a challan as per the form GST PMT-06

The CBIC has talked about the responsibility for administering indirect taxes, and also tweeted regarding other important last dates like GSTR-5 return for non-resident GST taxpayers for the last date for filing which is November 20 December 2021.

GSTR-5 is a monthly and quarterly return filed through taxpayers to disclose information to the month- forward with their tax liability. Here is invoice-wise information to be uploaded so that the GOI can keep a check on every transaction.
